PT.RAJA GOEDANG MAS is a service company engaged in the management, the Gatherer, Carrier, Utilization of Hazardous Toxic Waste / Waste B3
UUPPLH Article 59, provides that:
1. Any person who generates waste shall B3 B3 waste it generates.
2. In the case of B3 is incorporated into the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, resulting in B3, B3 transport, distribute B3, B3 store, utilize B3, B3 dispose, process B3, and B3 or store that has expired, then the following provisions of the management of B3 waste management.
3. In case anyone is unable to do management of B3 waste, its management handed over to the other party.
4. B3 waste must obtain a permit from the minister, governor or regent / mayor in accordance with their authority.
5. Ministers, governors, or regents / mayors shall state environmental requirements that must be met and the obligations that must be adhered to in the B3 waste management license.
6. The decision to grant permission must be announced.
7. Further provisions on the management of B3 waste stipulated in Government Regulation.
