Quantum Logistics ( Q-Log) is a Logistics Service Company or Freight
Forwarding who serve the customers by Commitment in Trust. Q-Log is one
of a business unit of several businesses which hold by PT Altama Niaga
Perkasa â A Holding Company was established on March 1991. Several years after
PT Altama Niaga Perkasa operated, Q-Log was found by holding company to jump
in the rapid business in freight forwarding. The beginning of Q-Logâ s operation, it
was served for domestic area, but now Q-Log could be spread out to International
service and also being served for Warehouse Management System to fulfill
the clients requirement.

In the current activities, Q-Log has complemented by the staffs of TRIPORT Logistics
who have strong experiences in Logistics Company after the TRIPORTâ s
Management closured. Then TRIPORTâ s Management merge to Q-Logâ s

conduct and to answer the future challenges in Logistics Services.
Q-Log also providing for a multi mode transportation service to answer the
requirements of our clients, we could give you the door to door service from any

loading and unloading as well as for

Operation Procedures ( SOPs) and the

GOODS TRACING SYSTEM
We provide Tracing Delivery System, so we can trace where
exactly the position of the material being delivered.
Tracing for Goods is a must that should be performed by all
operational officers to report the delivered goods status until
receive at site/ destination.

The Systematic Tracing Reports/ Goods Delivery Reports will be informed to
customers by Phone, Fax or Email.
RISK PREVENTIVE SYSTEM
Materials/ goods will be delivered
by us consist a various type,
therefore we must recognize every
type of goods, so it can be
handling properly to avoid any
damage.
To minimize the damage risk of
materials, Q-Log will recheck
material conditions, and will advise
for repacking if necessary.
Beside that, we also increase
supervision of loss risks by check
and recheck of goods quantity at
warehouse or customerâ s supplier
when pick up the materials until
received by consignee.
OFFICER ON DUTY
We also provide to customers recent up to date information about goods delivery
status by assign our Professional Officer who directly communicate with customers
and ready to handle any questionnaire in 24 hours.
Site Officers on Assignment
Based on a properly and on time delivery system, if required we will send to site our
representative on assignment for coordinate with our head office.
