Description of the machine:

The fiber opening machine is mainly used for opening 2 or 3 dimensional conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber that are shorter than 100mm.
The feeding conveyer will send the raw material into the rollers automatically that ensure the operator against being harmed.
Thanks to the developed roller which was being assembled with metallic self-lock wire, more than 98% of the fiber will be opened but without any damage
High opening capacity: 150kg to 450kg of the fiber can be opened in one hour owing to different machine model and the material
