Denso tape bandage is a pipe, in use by the oil or gas pipeline that is planted in the basement to prevent corrosion on the pipe, or serve as an anti-rust insulation to wrap and protect the pipelines, especially natural gas pipelines and oil pipelines.

Our products are used in various types of industries such as oil and gas industry, petrochemical industry, building and facility management, operations offshore, chemical, marine, power generation, water distribution, waste water management, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper industries and factories.

Tape wrapping primary products as follows:
For pipes, pipe fittings, concrete tanks that are embedded in the soil, the material used:

Base layer: Primary Premcot?
This fluid is non corrosive material with a first layer of bituminous base material and function
as an adhesive for wrapping tape

Filler: Premier Moulding Putty
This material is used to fill the curved portion ( usually at welding area)

Tape:

Premcote 150-R and 1000-R / Densopol Tape
This tape is an anti-rust material made of compound materials and synthetic fibers
( reinforcement) reinforced with external support material made of PVC. To get optimal results
we recommend using the overlap 55%

suggest using an overlap of 55%

For pipes, pipe fittings and asecories small diameter pipe ( valve or flange)
the material used is as follows:

This fatty material shaped pasta made of petrolatum and used as an anti-rust,
The first layer

Filler: Premier Moulding Pully
This material is used to fill the curved section ( mainly on the nuts and bolts)
so watertight and air and ease when dressing.

Tape: Tropical Premtape

This tape is made of petrolatum base material in the form of woven cloth that is soft,
so it is very flexible in installation especially for the form - the form of uneven as valves
or flange .To obtain optimal results we recommend using 55% overlap

if the pipe is buried in the ground, it would require a second layer that is Premier
SA PVC pipe 200 to protect against mechanical collisions like rocks - rocks during backfilling.
