TIKI was established on September 1, 1970 by H. Soeprapto Soeparno and Hj. Nuraini with CV name. Quick TITIPAN located at Jalan Raden Saleh Raya No. 2, Central Jakarta. Inception the company was inspired by their activity and high mobility at the airport which handles many parcel and documents. In 1972, join three ( 3) other persons, namely Mr. Irawan Saputra ( deceased) , Bp. Gideon Wiraseputra, and Bp. Raphael Rusmadi to work together to build TIKI. With the merger of the other founders, TIKI become larger so as to master the delivery service in Indonesia. TIKI business activities at that time only had two ( 2) branches of the city of Louth and Semarang with a number of fleet and personnel. Over time, TIKI already exist in Indonesia. In addition to domestic shipments, TIKI can also serve shipment to foreign countries. In 1990, TIKI open Overseas delivery division which later became a subsidiary company named TIKI JNE ( Line Nugraha Ekakurir) . But then JNE breakaway in management with TIKI and not only the delivery of State, but also serve domestic items. So TIKI JNE has become official competitors in the business service deliverables. In addition to establishing JNE, TIKI founder also set up other businesses such as PT. TKS ( Courier Express Soeprapto) , which address the issue of land cargo, sea freight forwarding, sales agents SMU ( Air Cargo Letter) , PT. TIKINDO ( Courier Express Indonesia) , which handles warehousing, trucking and cargo as well as high school, and TIKITA ( Tiki Travel) , which handles ticketing activities, tours and travel, as well as the Hajj and Umrah. With the increasing volume of deliveries, and then it occurred to distinguish TIKI service, then the service is made ONS ( Over Night Service) in 1993, by directly giving money back guarantee or Money Back Guarantee ( MBG) for customers that their post was not until within 1 ( one ) day of.
