Transworld International Cargo, PT. was established on October 2007 in order to specialize in the Freight Forwarder and Logistics of cargo to and from around the world, including its customs clearance and delivery to its final destination.

Transworld International Cargo, PT. is able to Import and Export goods from and to around the world, we will ship your consignments as sea/ air consolidation from door to door. We will also transport your trade show exhibition materials, and clear them throught customs.

Transworld International Cargo, PT. also specializes in Import and Export of your merchandise by sea/ air freight against Transworld International Cargo handles all necessary customs and required permits.

Our Trucking operations can delivery your mixed consignments anywhere in Indonesia. We also transport individual shipments and can arrange for specialized and hazardous cargo transportation.

We also will help with the transportation of personal belongings and our trained professionals will come to your home or office to wrap, pack, box, crate, ship and then delivery your belongings to their destination.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The Scope of Works rendered is included but not limited to the following. :

Assistance to various supplies in the countries of origin in respect to documentation and coordination of cargo movements to the designated port of loading, if requested.

Audit and advice supplier, in case of incorrect documents prior to shipment.

Coordination and consolidation of cargoes from various supplies at the port of loading to ensure smooth and safe handling/ loading.

Arrange space booking with ocean carries for delivery within the given times schedule.

Upon receipt of cargoes at the port of loading, check cargoes to assure correct marks and numbers, number of packaging and packing. In the even of cargo storage, damage or loss, contractor to be notified immediately.

Provide supervision during the loading of cargoes at the port of loading

Prepare shipping documents i.e. ocean Bill of Lading and shipping advice

Distribute shipping documents in accordance with contractorâ € ™ s instruction contractor freight-rates with various carries for the most economic conditions.

Keep in constant contact with contractors and provide status report on all purchase orders with the following information. :

â € ¢ Name of vessel
â € ¢ Estimate Time of Departure
â € ¢ Estimate Time of Arrival
â € ¢ Preliminary cargo details

Prior to arrival of vessel, contact customs authorities and shipping lineâ € ™ s agent to ensure customs clearance procedure.

Upon arrival of vessel, check cargo conditions on board, supervise discharging and prepare unloading report.

Arrange contact customs clearance in accordance with Indonesian rule and regulation.

Prepare transport facilities for haulage to final destinations.

Take special attention and control during cargo handling in the port, on the way to the site.

During discharging from truck/ trailers at final destination.
