These muffle furnaces feature heating from two sides for temperature uniformity. They have an exhaust air outlet in the rear wall of the furnace, and solid state power control relays for quieter operation. Units precisely control one storeable temperature with digital PID-temperature control.

Models 33335-01 and -03 have easy to replace heating elements encased in quartz glass tubes and multilayered fiber insulation in the furnace chamber. Maximum temperature of 1100° C is acheived in approximately 10 minutes with a working temperature of 1050° C.

Models 33335-05 and -07 features ceramic plates with integral heat elements which are safely guarded from fumes and splashing. Maximum temperature of 1200° C is reached in approximately 20 minutes.
