Elastromeric tyres have low abrasion, hard wearing tread. It is specially formulated to perform on rough terrain. It has high tensile and tear properties. The special formula is designed to eliminated chipping and chunking.

The tyre cushion is designed for perfect balanced. The resilience and hardness of this part of tyre ensures low rolling resistance and heat build up. totally encapsulated on the side walls by the Elastomeric natural rubber tread compound that's specially formulated to prevent sidd wall tears.

The base compound is extremely hard and is reinforced by suitable staple length fibres. The hardness is achieved by the use of special phenolic resin which is non thermoplastic thus eliminating softening during service. The steel beads used are remaining flexible and are specially designed to prevent the tyre rotating on the rim.
