PORTEDA CAKRA MURTI an abbreviation of " Perguruan Olah Raga Tenaga Dalam CAKRA MURTI " (PCM) is an educational institution for acquiring inner power by applying respiration exercises (art of breathing), which is derived from modified yoga's assanas, so that it easily to be studied. Inner power is very useful for self defense (to protect other), increasing our health or for alternative energy to heals other persons.
PCM has acquired official operating license from District Attorney's office on February 16, 1993.
