xxxxx),it can be shapedon time at face and back.The printing speed may reach to 20-50m.The color process is correct.Characteeristics of equipment : feed electrically,set automatic retifying system for letoff,tensile control by magnetic powder,imported transducer to control speed,cobwebbing roll to transmit ink.During the period of printing,ink distribution mechanism at clockwise counterclockwise direction is increased.When main machine stops,the ink transmisson mechanism will work continuously and wait for restar .It can reduce forming waster.Each color can be controlled sparately.If use one color ,the color will work.The energy consumption can besaved and the worn can also be reduced.Use PLC made by Mitsubishi to control automatic operation such as machine stopping ink distributing and locking.It is equipped with quick printing plat aiming system as transverse 40mm and longitudinal 360 without stopping,dried by electric heating hot air cycle constant temperature oven,torque motor windin device.Automatic hemming,punching and cutting device can be chosen.
