The CQA-5 Call Q Announcer provides an efficient and cost effective solution to " operator overload" on PABX systems and modern key systems. It also provides a comprehensive range of Auto-Attendant facilities. The CQA-5 is connected to PABX extension( s) to which calls are diverted when the operator' s station is busy. The unit accepts the incoming call, announces that all operators are busy and that the call is to be placed in a queue, performs a hook flash and transfers the call to a cyclic or linear hunt group until an operator is free. Callers can also be prompted to overdial the required department or extension.
