Starting from May 7, 2011 Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO is the operator of West Madura Production Sharing Contract ( PSC) .

PHE WMO is engaged in oil and Gas Exploration and Exploitation.

First activity in WMO block was began in 1984 and was successful in introducing oil & gas production to East Java with completion of gas pipeline project in 1993.
