Pure product is white crystal with m.p.of 200oC.Bulk density is 0.5g/cm3.Solubility at 25oC:12g/l water,It's insoruble in common organic solvents.I.P.A.is completely soluble in water and strongly absorbed by soil.Solution are corrosive to iron and galvanized steel.It has no flammability and explosicity,stable at room temperature.
