3. Project Owner issued Instrument Bank such as BG/ SKBDN/ SBLC

Conditions For Trader :
1. PO ( Purchase Order Received) or Job Order Contract from Buyer
2. Payment Guarantee from Buyer with LC/ SKBDN/ SBLC
