    GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF E-LEARNING

    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
    1. Improving the effectiveness of learning for all employees.
    2. Minimize the time spent in the learning process.
    3. Facilitate the delivery of content for all employees who are out of town.
    4. Human resources development company cut costs so that budget can be allocated to other domains that require more and increase revenue of the company.

    SOLUTION
    To reach the intended destination, built an Internet-based e-Learning / website. This is for teaching materials that will be delivered can be accessed / downloaded by all employees wherever they are.

    Instructional Systems Design Model. Is a series of processes that are used as guidelines by Instructional Designers to develop a training and supporting devices are effective, dynamic and supportive training performance itself.

    Stage - E-Learning development stages, namely:
    1. Analysis ( analysis)
    It is a stage to identify the things that relate to the learning process, such as training needs and goals of the company, the needs of participants, participant characteristics and lingkunganya, the ability of participants, corporate boundaries, the choice of means of delivery, and the length of time that will be used.
    2. Design ( design)
    It is a stage to set the goal of the training / learning. Storyboard and basic forms of training are made at this stage, include the visualization, compatibility and graphic design for the user, and the contents of the training material is determined at this point.
    3. Development ( development)
    It is a stage where content and training materials being produced based on results from phase Design.Meliputi making training structure, content, assignments, and assessments.
    4. Implementation ( execution)
    It is the stage where e-learning products began to be used for teaching in the training. Includes review of the product training results, expectations, interaction with users, and feedback from users as evaluation materials.
    5. Evaluation ( evaluation / feedback)
    Is the evaluation phase of product creation process. Also evaluation of the use of the product to evaluate the achievement of participants in accordance pelatiham.Meliputi expected results or not, what is learned, and how the training can achieve even better results.

    In addition, the application of e-Learning is known as LMS ( Learning Management System) . LMS is an integrated Internet-based applications that are equipped with functions to support the distance learning process.
