Coconut charcoal BBQ Briquettes
Introduction:
Our briquettes are pillow shaped, and are made from charcoal, which is carbonized from coconut shells. The coconut shells used is a waste product from coconut harvest and production. To bind the briquettes we use Tapioca starch, whish is a 100% food grade product extracted from the root of the plant species Manihot esculenta. The briquettes are easy to light and burn above 160° C for more than 4 hours.
