The membrane filters suitable for use in the Microsartï ¿ ½ e.motion are sterile-sealed, without protective paper on top of each filter, in a specially designed individual package on a band.
The special pleating of the band of membrane filter units ensures that they are perfectly flat when dispensed. The shape of the sealed band guarantees uniform dispensing of the individual membrane filters.
The Microsartï ¿ ½ e.motion Membrane Filters are also ideal suitable for all users of Sartorius Nutrient Pad Sets: Most of the NPS types are available with membranes for dispensers.

The special pore structure of the new 0.45ï ¿ ½ m HighFlow membrane filters allows shorter filtration times due to higher flow rates and throughputs. As every Sartorius 0.45ï ¿ ½ m membrane filter lot these membranes are also tested and released according to ISO 7704.
