ZYD high vacuum oil purifiers are designed for use in treating electrical insulating oil in the oil-filled electrical equipment.Through the dehydrator, degasification, filtration processes, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid particulate, contamination can be completely removed.

ZYD vacuum oil purifier is widely used in factory workshops, power transmission and generation station. Utilizing ZYD high vacuum oil purifier, the quality of insulating oil can be upgraded and the deteriorated oil can be reclaimed that could extent the life of insulating oil and ensure safety operation of oil-filled electrical equipment treatment.

Advantage:
Comparing with the single-stage type, this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machines working vacuum value highly, so it can dewater, degas and remove the impurity more deeply and effectively. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75 KV. It is very suitable for the large electric & insulation equipments.

1. Gas content less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size less than 1¼ m without free carbon
3. Oil dielectric strength ( breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
4. Acidity value less than 0.01 mgKOH/ g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90 less than 0.001
