S2 tray-conveyer armature production line is designed for ensuring high production efficiency, consistence quality of motor armature. Each machine in the line takes armature automatically from the tray conveyer, same function machine has separated conveyer to ensure the max production efficiency distribution, each machine operates with 7’ ’ — 10.4’ ’ touch screen.

Automatic process I: ( 4-5 worker/ one shift)

I. Shaft pressing’ field cover inserting ’ commutator pressing’ insulation paper inserting’ armature winding( 1) ’ armature winding( 2) ’ hot staking’ wedge blade inserting’ testing ’ Armature trickling impregnation ( this is off line)

II. commutator turning’ balancing’ testing
