Started its operation in Autocity, Juru, Penang-Malaysia as a Nasi Kandar Restaurant ( Food Industry) .

In year 2001, later expand its operation into other challenging filed as Golden Nasmir Hotel Sdn Bhd , Nasmir Tour & Travel Sdn Bhd , Nasmir Mart Sdn Bhd and Bagha Enterprises Sdn Bhd.

Today Nasmir Holdings Sdn Bhd had ventured into manufacturing pharmaceutical products. Its company Nasmir Hard Gelatin Capsule Sdn Bhd is manufacturing empty hard gelatine capsules to fulfil the preparation in the pharmaceutical industry. We also manufacture HPMC capsules as an alternative to animal free product. Capsules manufactured by Nasmir Hard Gelatine Capsules had been certified HALAL by Jakim ( Cert of Authentication by Islamic Development Department of Malaysia) . Established since 2010, PT. Nasmir Capsules Indonesia as a distribution company of product Nasmir Hard Gelatin Capsule Sdn Bhd still apply for endorsement of the Halal certificate to the BPOM-MUI.
