In specific application, for static or ordinary monitoring scene, adjusting encoding parameters makes video keep in very low code rate. When image changes or alarms, the corresponding encoding parameters can be adjusted to achieve high-quality image. The parameters that can be modified dynamically include resolution, video quality, code rate control, Fps control and frame. Dynamic modification of above parameters can keep the continuity of image without the need to switch frequently, thus not only meeting the requirement of high quality at key time, but also saving hard disk space.
