Description : Erythorbic Acid in m.p.164-171 degree. Erythorbic Acid is white or little yellow powder and easily soluble in water (a 30% range of soluble) and alcohol. Erythorbic Acid have quality of deoxidization, easily change colour in ray or calefaction. It¡¯ s stable in dry, but easily mutated when it meets with air in water solution.
