Operating system
Package & Pick Up Doc by officers in Operation Pick Up and Deliver a report to the Department of Data Entry
Once in the Pick Up and inputted submitted to Sort Sort by region for work.
Once in the Sort & Pack Doc. noted in Section record ( EDP) that amount per work area can be controlled and facilitate courier responsibilities.
After Package & Doc. noted then submitted to the Operations Coordinator for distributed according to the objective area.
In addition to distributing Package & Doc. to the courier, Coordinator Duties investigate if there is a problematic work ( complaint handling) , sampling and test call.
Agent tasks and distribute courier packages & Doc. and makes accurate data ( include: Date, Name Recipient, and No. Status. Ph.) .
Report back ( Feed Back) to Customer for reporting after all Package & Doc up in the mail.
