ES-108 FULLY AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE

The Automatic P.P. Strapping Machine is an automatic machine that applies Polypropylene Strap around the boxed or packaged goods and tights the strap automatically for packaging safety, widely adpoted to various sizes products.
The operator simply put the package on the working table to touch the Limit Switch ( Auto mode) , or push Start Switch ( Manual mode) , P.P. strap will strap over the product automatically.
The operator could move the product for scrveral straps
application, widely suit any strapping type requirements.
The ES-108 strapping tension strength could be easily adjusted to suit the soft packages to hard product between 0.5kgs-70kgs.
ES-108 is designed heavy duty construction and the working table height is accorded to human body architectonic comfort and efficiency.
1. VARIABLE TENSION - Package can be strapped tightry or softly within range of 0-90 mm. stroke.
2. NO oil is required for maintenance by executing nonlubrieation mechanism.
3. HIGH EFFICIENCY - Cycle time is 2.3 seconds, 26 straps per minute.
