The HVACPro incorporates 1% -accurate infrared temperature measurement for instant readings of hard-to-reach, hot, rotating, or electrically charged objects with thermocouple K contact measurement for pipes, metallic objects and air streams. To help get more accurate instant readings of shiny objects, the 561 provides an easy emissivity selector with High, Medium, and Low settings to compensate for the problems in measuring the metallic surfaces found in many HVAC tasks.
