"Simply by pulling the lever in one simple motion, it will easily remove the cork without a slip or crumble," he said. Available in a broad range of finishes, such as shiny, satin and rubberized, each model of the series comes with a foil cutter and spiral. Mr Wong added, Teflon-coated spiral is possible for easier and smoother removal.

Asia Act also produces waiter's friend corkscrews. "Traditional waiter's friend corkscrews are in fact the most convenient and user-friendly," he stated. Made of smooth tempered steel, Asia Act's waiter's friend corkscrews feature the gorgeous wood or ABS handles in assorted colours. Contoured and curved, the handles are a blend of functionality and aesthetics, enabling users to hold and use them easily. For greater ease, the 5-turn spiral can be Teflon-coated or grooved to improve the corks' penetration and extraction powers.
