Our main production facility in TANGERANG occupies a land area 150, 000 square meters, while our newest plant in CIKANDE is situated on a 400, 000 square meters plot. Our facilities are equipped with the state-of-the art technology acquired from Europe, the US and Japan. Third party accreditation is highly regarded by us. Therefore our processes are audited by KEMA to ISO 9001 standard, and our products are certified to the relevant standards such as UL, ASTM, IEC/ EN, SS, BS, NF and many more. Staff development is equally important. Our employees receive rigorous training before manning the equipment and process, including regular upgrading of skills with newly introduced technology. As such Broco today is home to more than 4000 proud employees in our production, supply-chain, sales and customer service departments.
