Product Introduction:
KRD Continuous bucket conveyor is used to conveyor materials with a series of attached buckets, or open-ended containers, linked by a drive train, such as powder, granules, flake and the other small-sized materials that are normally under 80* 80* 100. It is featured as no destruction to the materials and low friction between the materials and equipments.
The buckets are made of polymers, and connected with each other by the soft joints continuously to ensure that no gaps exist for the materials to fall down. The teeth-shaped chain is made of rubber, with the steel wires core. The external sealed shell is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, which ensures no dust leakage. The moving parts are made of non-metal material to lower the power consumption.
The layout of this kind of bucket conveyor is flexible, allowing for horizontal, vertical and inclined arrangements. ( E.g. M, Z, W, L arrangements) . The maximum horizontal conveyring length could be up to 150m; and the vertical conveying distance could be 100m; and the maximum conveying capacity could reach 500m3/ h.
KRD continuous bucket conveyor could also be applied in flammable and explosive working conditions.
