Klen International is a Quality Endorsed Company specialising in the manufacture of formulated cleaning and sanitation chemicals for the food, beverage, red meat, white meat, dairy and hospitality industries as well as fire assay fluxes and process chemicals to the gold mining industry.
Originally known as McGuire Corporation, the company began operations in 1974 with the objective of manufacturing and marketing products for soil stabilisation, dust control, erosion control chemicals and various surface coating products. The product range quickly grew to include janitorial and industrial cleaning and sanitation chemicals, and in 1979 a 350-m ² factory was completed and the Company moved form Osborne Park to Wanneroo, 17 kilometres form Perth.
Klen International is proud of their full accreditation under ISO9002 by Standards Australia. Customers can be confident that they will receive superior quality products today, tomorrow and the next day.
A move to a new purpose built factory was completed in 2000 and this gave the group a total land holding and factory area of over 14000 sq metres.
Further expansion now has KLEN positioned as one of the few suppliers who can meet customersâ € ™ needs both nationally and internationally. Growth in export business now sees KLEN trading in locations such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Africa, Singapore, UAE, Scandinavia, Canada, USA, Chile, New Zealand and many more countries.
