The shackle is made from chrome-plated hardened steel with the lock mechanism constructed of anti-corrosive materials. This makes it ideal for outdoor use.

The straight shackle design makes the lock slightly less versatile but invariably more secure against force attacks. It is also encased with a hardened steel body making it ideal for protecting valuable stock and business items with a roller shutter. It is an insurance approved padlock up to a European CEN standard of grade 3.

A corrosion resistant internal mechanism makes it suitable for outdoor use on shutters, bollards and gates.

A 5-pin precision brass cylinder with over 1, 000 different locking variations and the hardened steel pin - preventing the slim side of the lock body being sawn through - makes this padlock a true high-security option.
