    This production line is designed mainly for extrusion of wide panel profile made of PVC or WPC material. Adopting 80mm or 92mm conical twin screw extruder, suited with corresponded down stream equipments, this line is able to produce window sill profile or door profile with width ranging from 500mm to 1200mm.

    -Special design of screw structure and extruder adapter, possessing superior plasticizing ability even in high-filler material extrusion.

    -Reliable AC frequency controlling system.

    -High precision temperature controller, with measuring accuracy of ± 0.1

    -Oil circulation cooling system in screw, enables the extruder to reach higher capacity.

    -Optional length of 6m and 8m for vacuum calibration table.

    -Highly efficient saw blade cutter, providing smooth cutting edge of profile.
