Phase I: Recruitment
- www.JobSpace.vn will work with you to define your companies requirements and needs.
- We define what qualities your ideas candidates should have. Candidates that meet your requirements will then be sought out for recruitment. All candidates will be prescreened and interviewed by JobSpace before being presented to you for interviewing.

Phase II: Offer
- At the point that mutual interest is established, we will work with both you and the candidate to general an accepted offer to a candidate that has accepted in advance. Our job during this phase is to protect all parties from the aggravation and waste time caused by indecisiveness or insincerity

Phase III: Placement
- We will follow up after the candidate has started the new position, to insure that all parties are satisfied
