Series OI oval flowmeter is typical of positive displacement meter which can be applied to measure the liquid flow passing through the pipeline with the advantages of wide flow range, good repeatability, high accuracy and easy installation, and without special requirements for flow field on inlet line.

Series OUI oval flowmeter is used to measure the flow rate of liquid medias which are easily to be condensed and crystallized in the pipe under normal condition. The meter housing is protected by a thermal insulation sleeve through which hot water, hot oil or steam with temperature under 180 is entered and the condensed media in the flowmeter is melted to a certain temperature thus the normal operation of the meter is ensured.

Series OISeries OUI flow meters are characteried by the dual funcrion of on-site indication, direct reading and pulse signal output for remote centralized control and regulating of indicating instrument. The parts contacting liquid is made of stainless steel and cardenetc. Which is applicalle to measure petroleum products and carious chemical liquids.

During operation, the liquid passing through the measuring chamber, the oval rotors are rotated by the pressure difference between inlet and outlet, liquid flow per revolution og the rotors displaces four times as much as the volume of the crescent shape chamber. The magnetic coupling and transmittion gearing transmitters the revolution of oval rotors to a register which indicates direcly total liquid volume flowed through the meter. An optional type AG19 signal generator is adopted for remote display of the integrated flow and instantaneous flow.
