JH-Y Series of Oil ( Paste) Anti Caking Agent for Urea Base Compound Fertilizer

1. Basic( Character) Mechanisms
JH-Y series of new type Oil -based anticaking agent for compound fertilizers has been developed by our company through years of research.
Refer to the features of Oil -based anticaking agent currently available in the market and combine of different characteristics of compound fertilizer, we have developed innovative Oil -based anticaking agent which is easier to be evenly spread on the surface of fertilizer and form a tough film, . Meanwhile, modify the surface of fertilizer more effectively.

Can be customized to prepare different forms ( oil or paste) , colors of products without any damages to crops based on the customer’ s requirements.
Viscosity : less than 5 cps at 50
Freezing Point: above 10
Flash Point: above 180 ( Open cup)
Water content: d0.5% 
3. Using Instructions
This product is a liquid organic compound, the specific use instructions are as follows:
1) Heating and melting the agent at about 50-80  .
2) Spraying the agent onto the surface of the fertilizer granules with an atomizing nozzle in the coating drum. The mixing time in the coating drum should be more than 3 minutes.
3) The agent can be used with talc powder and other anti-caking powder, preferably the powder making from our company.
4) The agent dosage can be adjusted based on the different fertilizers, an amount of 1.2-2.0 kg / ton fertilizer is recommended.
5) Keep the nozzle 30cm away from the materials during spraying.
6) Approximately 60-80 mesh filter device should be installed between the discharge port of anti-caking agent storage tanks and inlet of metering pumps
4. Transport and Storage
This product is non-inflammable and non-explosive with minimal corrosion. Packed in iron drum, 180 kg each, which is safety for transportion.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and ventilated place, direct exposure to sunlight is prohibited. When not in use, do not open the barrel mouth. Do not overturn the barrels. Avoid spill, oxidation due to prolonged exposure to air.
