2)structure:a:multi-alyer:4mm bamboo+ 6mm birch plywood
b:three-layer:4mmbamboo+9mm fir core layer+2mm poplar bottom
Horizontal/vertical pressed
3)color: Natural/carbonized
4)Tongue & groove on 4 sides,all processed by Homag to ensure precision.
5)Square edge or micro-beveled
6) Coating: High anti-scratch Treffert paint from Germany
7)Glue: Eco-friendly Dynea from Finland
8)Formaldehyde emission : E1
9) Moisture is 7-9%or as per requirement.
10)Packing: Wrapped in PVC and placed in thick carton, then packed on bamboo pallets.
500X70X10mm: 72pcs/ctn, 911ctns without pallets for one 20ft container;
1900x190x15mm:12pcs/ctn,50ctns/palletx6+ 60ctns/palletx6 for one 20 ft container.
2200X190X15 mm: 8pcs/ctn, 32ctns/pallet, 480ctns for one 20ft container.
