Embossed polycarbonate is a solid polymeric sheet without internal free spaces, which is similar to ordinary glass, only it is lighter and stronger.
It is produced various by a thickness, colour, structure of a surface and sizes. They can be also multilayered.

Embossed polycarbonate is so strong that it is used in aircraft engineering, i.e. for manufacturing of cabins. Shock-resistance of polycarbonate exceeds resistance of the glass in 200 times! Cellular, solid polycarbonates possess chemical stability that allows to use these materials in aggressive environments.
