Wall and undernet can be modify with insulation, glasswoll, rockwool, sandwich panel, polyurea, polyurethane spraying, concrete screet, ply wood, zink alum, etc.
Windows, Doors, other frame can be manufacture from steel, aluminum plastic, wood etc.
Container can be equipped with Air Condition AC, Air Blower, Fans or other as requested
