Taizhou ISM Design & Moulds Co., Ltd. is the professional plastic mould manufacture which located in Huangyan, near Ningbo and Shanghai port. It is convenient in the transportation. Huangyan is famous for the plastic moulds and oranges. It earned the reputation as â mould townâ . ISM have been in this particular line for nearly twenty years since we founded Our occupys 5000 square meter in the west industrial area of Huangyan. Our factory have about 100 employees. 20 are the administrative staff. This includes 5 persons that can understand English. So we can communicate easily with the foreign customers. We specialize in plastic moulds for automobile interior & exterior parts( auto lamp, bumper, dashboard, grille, door panel and fender etcc.) and daily used products. ISM are the â one step companyâ from the design to finish.Our company has imported high accuracy numerical control processing equipment and the general processing equipment, Also we have our own design department to fulfill the 2D and 3D drawings for customersâ confirm. We carry out three-watch system in the production line. That will make sure the productive efficiency and quality. Because we have our own plastic injection machine and workshop. Thus, we have the capability to process the products after tooling. Includes 600g, 800g, 2000g, 3000g, etc.. ISM have been pass ISO9001 certificate. We operate according to its standard .Regarding the after sale services, there have one team for the feedback team .In responding to the pressure from market, we should have excellent team and keep reducing cost but with the same quality in shortly time . We can satisfy our customersâ requirements , then improve ourselves.
