Our processing facilities include the advanced fully Leybold-Aps1104box coater equipped with electron beam, ion assisted and resistance source, OMS, crystal deposition controller etc. Our in house measurement equipment includs an advanced IR spectrophotometer which can measure IR reflectance and transmission up to 700nm-15 microns.
