INTI KULIT was established on 15 Juli 1996 with a retail store selling all type of leather products. We now employ more than 30 staff at our factory, with more than 20 sewing machines.

Inti Kulit produces leather jackets, bags, wallets, belts, designer carpets, shoes, bracelets and chairs.

PRODUCTION PROCESS:

1. Selecting the best leathers
The leather is first examined to choose only the best pieces before production begins. The precision detail and experience of our staff allows us to ensure that the leather we use is only of the finest quality and that our clients are always satisfied with the products we make for them.

2. Custom Pattern Design
After the finest leather is selected, the process is continued with designing the custom pattern. Our professional and experienced staff at Inti Kulit will help you design the pattern to suit your individual tastes and preferences.

3. Cutting the Leather
The cutting of the leather takes real experience and precision by our staff of talented tailors. Assisted by modern technology and equipment, we are able to offer the best percision cutting of our leather and other materials.

4. Accessories
Each of our clients demands high quality products which exceed their expectations. Acccessories often make the product sparkle and shine. At each step, we aim to give our clients the very best.

5. Sewing
All of our products are sewn to be long-lasting, strong and beautiful. Our factory is equipped with more than 20 sewing machines to facilitate this process.

6. Checking
The last step is checking. All of our checkers are experienced women with a patient fine eye to detail. This allows us only to approve the highest standard products. After checking, our products are neatly wrapped for shipping.

Inti Kulit is an experienced exporter of leather goods to: England, Holland, Australia, Germany, Amerikca and many other countries, with the majority of our products being made for exports as well as a large number of products made for the domestic Indonesian market.
