Our newest Bacteria Tracer, the BacTrac 4300, ra-
pidly and automatically detects the growth of a wi-
de range of micro-organisms. In recent years the
impedance measurement method on which this
device is based has proven to be so versatile and ro-
bust that it has become the undisputed market lea-
der. Its innovative measurement method gives the
BacTrac the versatility to address a broad range of
applications. Two impedance measurements per
sample, the M-value ( media) and E-value ( electro-
de) can be used individually or in combination to
provide the growth profile of sample contami-
nants. The BacTrac 4300' s electronics and measu-
rement technique provide superior sensitivity to
microbial metabolites and allow measurements
even in highly selective media.
