    Specification :

    MBR membrane adopt PP or PVDF material, it can be widely used in different kind of waste water treatment.
    When used with domestic wastewater, MBR membrane processes could produce effluent of high quality enough to be discharged to coastal, surface or brackish waterways or to be reclaimed for urban irrigation. Other advantages of MBRs over conventional processes include small footprint, easy retrofit and upgrade of old wastewater treatment plants. Two MBR configurations exist: internal, where the membranes are immersed in and integral to the biological reactor; and external/ sidestream, where membranes are a separate unit process requiring an intermediate pumping step.
    MBR membrane is a sewage treatment technique which combine the membrane filtration and biological treatment. MBR Wastewater Treatment is the substitution of the secondary precipitation and sand filter, compare with the conventional activated sludge process, MBR Wastewater Treatment process have follow merit:

    1, good outlet water quality

    2, less excess sludge

    3, less site area

    1, sewage treatment: deep treatment of wastewater in industry, recovering wastewater in city and industry
    2, water treatment: used in the pre-treatment and post-treatment of the ultrapure water.
    3, food industry: used in concentration and purification of beverage
    4, liquid degasification: the hydrophobic membrane is good choice for liquid degasification.
