The company was incorporated on 25th February, 2006 by Xuzhou Metalforming Machine Group Co., Ltd. and Juneng Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd., pursuant to the Company Law of the Peopleâ € ™ s Republic of China.
Sinomi Corp. is one of the largest integrated machine companies in China. The scope of its business mainly covers the design and production of power press machinery, metal processing machinery, steel coil process machinery, forging press machinery. It is also Chinaâ € ™ s third largest machine producer.
