The plastic tower packing is made of the heat and chemical corrosive resistant plastics, inclusive of polyethylenen(PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride(PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF). It has a large voidage, a low pressure drop and mass transfer at unit height, a high flooding point in column, and with an adequate contact of gas and liquid, less specific gravity and highly efficient mass transfer. Its working temperature is 60 to 150in various media, available for an extensive use in the packing towers involving in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, alkali chloride, coal gas and environmental protection.
