Shanghai Huaerde Stainless Steel Pipe Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a group company, which specially produces stainless steel seamless pipes and fittings. We were established in the year 2004 with a registered capital of USD6, 250, 000. Now, our annual output of seamless tubes stands at 13, 000 metric tons. Our main markets are in Singapore, Korea, Germany and the USA. The brand of " HUGANG " stainless steel tubes has received a high appraisal from domestic and overseas customers. We are equipped with 50 / 90 / 133 perforating machines, 12 sets of 10t to 550t cold drawing production lines, 3 sets of type LG55 / LG80 / LD30 cold rolling production lines; as well as mechanical, UT/ EC, Hydro and spectrum testing instruments. The main steel grades include 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, 347H, 317L, 310S and 904L. Our specifications of stainless steel and seamless pipes and tubes is outer diameters of 6 to 630mm, thickness of 1 to 30mm, and lengths of 4 to 16 meters. Meanwhile, special specifications can be negotiated. Our products are widely used in the petroleum and chemical industries, aerospace, papermaking, foodstuffs, shipbuilding, auto industry, environment protection, water conservancy, power plants and mechanical processes; as well as the making of medical equipment, boilers, heat exchangers and pressure containers. We have received ISO9001 authentication, and our products have been confirmed as " recommended products " for the European and American markets by the French ATN agency. Furthermore, holding the title of " high quality technology product " , our production strictly follows the standards of GB/ T14975-2002, GB/ T14976-2002, GB13296-91, GB9948-88, ASTM / ASME, DIN and JIS.
