Chronicals of the â Monkhangaiâ company 1992 The company â Monkhangaiâ Co Ltd., in wholesale trade founded by Sergelen Sereenendagva, active Chairman of the BoD 1995 The first retail store of â MINII DELGUURâ chain opened in Chingeltei District, Ulaanbaatar 2002 â Mania Delguurâ / meaning Our shop/ chain of Franchising project occupied geographically 75% of urban areas 2003 â Minii Dutâ / meaning My Convenience storeâ chain of Franchising, in the form of convenience store, served 80% of suburban residents 2005 â Minii Delguurâ / meaning My Shopâ has become the largest supermarket chain operator in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia 2006 Implementation of policy update focusing on competitive advantages such as category, franchising and supply management Our company started with small whole sale operations and turned to chain stores maintaining both wholesale and retail services rendered to both local and foreign residents of the capital city of Mongolia. We pioneered to introduce supply channel and centralized information system among supermarkets in the country that enable competitive advantage in further sound category management and accurate and integrated supply chain management.
