WAL-MART Store, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "WAL-MART") success based on since its establishment in 1962 has always adhered to the following three basic belief:

2. Customer service
3. Strive to excellence

WAL-MART has always been to reflect the three basic faith way to business, and expect the WAL-MART suppliers in the contract, the subcontract and other business relationship between these beliefs scrupulously abide by. In addition, because WAL-MART vendors behavior may affect WAL-MART and its reputation, so WAL-MART vendors, and suppliers for the contractor to comply these standards, WAL-MART reserves of the supplier factories and suppliers of the contractor factory on the advance notice, and not of the inspection authority, to ensure the suppliers abide by these standards:

Abide by the relevant laws and practice: the supplier shall be abide by its business in the local and national judicial all laws and regulations, and the industry practices. If the law and the industry practice to the conflict, the supplier should, at the very least, abide by its business in the judicial law. But, if the industry custom higher than the state laws and regulations, WAL-MART will choose those who reach industry custom suppliers.
