Civada is the standard and special die components supplier in the production of special punches, guide elements and metal stamping tools. Our full line of precision metal fabricating and stamping tooling includes: guide pillars and bushes, punches, ball lock punches, retainers, die buttons ( matrixes) , Eector pin, Sleeve etc.. We are able to make customised products according to international standard as well as JIS ( MISUMI) , DIN, AISI, FIBRO, DAYTON etc industrial standard. Products' s precision : Size tolerance within+ -0.001mm, roundness within0.0015mm, surface roughness within Ra0.025, manufacturer size from 0.1mm to 6000mm .
