A recommended company that specialized in timber constructions, CV. Awei design and produce high quality of wooden building knock down system, such as wooden house living, wooden villa, wooden bungalow, or any building purpose with Indonesian model ( Bali Style, Java Style, Sulawesi Style) or modern/ western model.. Also we provide prefab wooden building based on customers request or their drawing.
We assist clients to realize their home idea with highest quality of wood building.
For our wooden house product, we choose good quality of Indonesian Tropical Hard Wood, which is: Iron Wood / Stone Wood ( Homalium Foetidum Benth) , Merbau Wood / Borneo Wood ( Intsia bijuga O.K.) , and Nyatoh Wood ( Palaquium Ridley Kiet G) . These kinds of woods can stand on extreme weather and anti insect treated.
Our standard specifications for house structure are as below:
- Single or double wall panel ( 1, 4x12cm) , exterior-Iron Wood, interior-Nyatoh Wood ( total thickness 10cm)
- House and roof structure, all with Iron Wood
- Door exterior-Iron Wood, interior-Nyatoh Wood
- Window-Iron Wood
- Metal roof standard ( most client want their local roof cover material, but it' s available provide by my side as client request) . Our roof structure available for any kind roof cover, please confirm.
- Wood join connected each other with bolt and wood ( pasak)
- Wall panel will posed with screw on 2 sides ( width side)
For wooden house production time, normally it takes about 2-3 months after receive the Down Payment.
