2. Scale Effect: With strong technical advantage in R&D and production, we have served as the main OEM supplier of over 60 manufacturers and distributors of snowmobiles overseas. We own 65 product lines with annual capacity of 2.1 million rubber tracks, which has effectively cut down our production cost. According to the scale effect, the more produced, the more saved.
3. Cheap Labor: In China the labor is incredibly cheaper than other countries, as the living expenses here are fairly low. Three US dollars is enough for average daily cost of living. That’s why many foreign enterprises have chosen China as their production bases to reduce the labor cost.
4. Low Sales Return: We are totally aware that each sales return means huge financial loss of freight, tariff and other relevant charges. The sales return rate is very low in Horse Rubber, because we have established an effective QC system:
1) For each new model, we will not start the mass production until the National Quality& Technology Audit Bureau has approved our samples;
2) Qingdao Chemical Industry Institute, whose research in rubber & polymer ranks the top in China, provides us with technical support in the quality control;
3) We have installed the most advanced testing instrument to ensure every quality requirement is met, especially the cold-resisting strength, tensile strength, abrasion resistance and stiffness.
